It's Raining, It's Pouring! {Whatcom County Photographer}

Someday the rain will go away (yeah right - this is NW WA, afterall), but for today, I decided to take advantage of it. I took my older kids out to play for a bit and they had a lot of fun! And how could I possibly resist taking photos? Especially with my daughter's super cute coat and boots (a gift from her grammy), and my son's boots and umbrella? :)
